Processing Time

All orders process within 7-12 Business Days. Please note that due to Covid-19 there may be some delays (along with a huge increase in orders.)

Order Fulfillment

Orders in-stock and on-hand placed before 9am CST Monday–Friday will ship within two-three business days. 

No orders will be shipped out on Saturdays and Sundays and major U.S. holidays; however, you may always place orders on our website. Orders placed outside of business hours will start the processing time clock on the next business day. 

Shipping Methods

USPS shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout, prior to the completion of your order.

  • USPS Priority Mail – Our default method is eligible for free shipping on orders over $100. USPS domestic shipments are usually received within one to three days after your order is processed.

  • USPS Express Mail – Expedited shipping is available via USPS Express Mail; orders are usually received within one to two days.

  • USPS International – All international shipments are via USPS Priority Mail; note, these shipments may incur additional charges or delays due to local customs clearance.

 

Tracking

Please Note: All shipment methods come with tracking. However, Express Mail requires a signature at delivery. 

If you elect to not select a signature, please know that packages will be delivered at your own risk. We advise you to select the delivery method confirmation carefully.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system. 
  • We are not responsible for incorrect address entered by the customer.
  • A restocking fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned. 
  • The restocking fee is 25% of the total charge per item.

Rush Shipping

SHIPPING

If you wish to have your items shipped to you faster, please select next day or 2-day shipping.  

After orders are placed, to cancel there will be a 25% fee to process, no exceptions.

We are not able to cancel orders made after your order has been shipped. No exceptions. 

 

Exchanges

We will exchange items if they are defective or damaged. All exchanges will be made for the same item if in stock. To exchange an item, please contact customer service at help@myfantasytea.com 

Return Shipping

You will be held responsible for paying for all costs involved for returns and shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (If Heal Yeah x Matcha Universe were responsible)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the returned item reaches our destination. Please note that we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds, if applicable will be processed on defective and non-exchangeable products ONLY.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund please contact your bank. After reaching out to your bank, please make sure to contact your credit/ debit card company- then check your account again. 

It may take time for your refund to be processed after it's officially released. In many cases, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Policy and Terms

  • By placing an order at Shop Spiritual And Paid you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees,and the cost of return shipping back to Shop Spiritual and Paid.  This also applies to any shipments that are refused/unclaimed by you at delivery. You are also indicating that you are the true holder of the card and/or authorized to use the card for purchases.
